A little bit about my work experience. Since I have been doing it for 16 years I could go on and on but here is a short summary.

I have been working in the IT field for 16 years. I did a lot of systems architecture and application support (back end) for large financial systems for the last 8 years. Before that I contracted at Microsoft, worked at two dot gone's and a game company. I have worked supporting developers off and on for most of my career. The last 3 years I worked I telecommute 100%. During that time I managed people and projects, all working from home.
