Key Contributions:

Senior Windows Systems Administrator
Washington Mutual Bank, Seattle, WA Mar. 2002 - Dec. 2008

Started as a Systems Windows Administrator contributing in the management of Finance Technology Groups servers and applications. Helped in many areas of systems administration from Windows 7 trouble shooting and end user support to installing Windows 2000/2003 server builds and supporting applications. A lot of hands on administration and even assembled several of the Finance Group application servers for various projects. Eventually worked into more designing of systems using virtualization technologies as they became more available.

Key Contributions:

Was tasked with several server maintenance projects. This included Disaster and Recovery, backups, AD user account access to applications making sure that AD group policies were set correctly for users and network printers. Using Remedy trouble ticket system, I would solve issues assigned either by myself or someone on our team. Issues ranged from simple user password resets to more severe server outages.
